Medical Office Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, billing, and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment.

This is a casual position with shifts available Monday to Saturday, requiring the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

  • Manage patient inquiries via phone and in-person
  • Schedule appointments for patients within the practice
  • Process billings, messages, and other general administrative duties

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and attention to detail.

They must possess a professional and personable telephone manner, demonstrate initiative, time management, and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

High standards of presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role.

Additionally, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and hold a current CPR certification.
