Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide personalized support in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored support to clients in a group home environment, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as mealtimes, personal care, and administering medication using appropriate equipment and aids.
- Support clients in engaging with their community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
- Encourage clients to make informed decisions and develop skills for self-sufficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes or concerns to relevant authorities.
- Provide transportation support to clients, ensuring safe and reliable access to essential services.
