The ideal candidate will possess proven knowledge in engineering and maintenance, with the ability to implement efficiency gains and minimize production issues.
Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment, particularly flour milling, is highly advantageous. This role involves implementing standardized preventative, corrective, and condition-based maintenance systems to ensure plant availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage standardized maintenance systems, ensuring optimal equipment operation and minimizing downtime
- Coordinate with external contractors to maintain efficient plant operations
- Effectively manage cost control measures and contribute to budget planning and preparation
- Support operational implementation of Quality Management, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety systems
- Qualification in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or related discipline
- 10+ years of industrial site maintenance experience
- Minimum 5-10 years in maintenance management or supervisory roles
