Job Title: Principal Forensic Engineer

As a leading expert in forensic engineering, you will play a key role in providing innovative solutions to complex problems. Your expertise will be sought after by clients across various sectors, and your work will have a significant impact on the built environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-depth forensic assessments of buildings and civil structures, identifying causes of damage, defects, and failures.
  • Produce solution-focused forensic reports with clear recommendations, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Provide technical oversight to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Support internal operations, including staff training, quality assurance, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, as well as experience in assessing and diagnosing structural damage.
  • Exceptional technical report-writing skills and confident verbal communication.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers, and ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
