We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to lead our property and facilities management activities across the business.

**Job Description:**

The Property Manager will be responsible for the presentation, maintenance, and compliance of all property and facilities management activities. This includes:

* Ensuring a high standard of property presentation at all times

* Managing and investigating corrective and preventative works to limit WH&S issues and minimize insurance claims

* Liaising with Projects Team and managing tenant fit out process

* Regular building inspections, including visiting tenancies

* Managing day-to-day commercial and retail lease requirements for each tenant and ensuring all lease obligations are met

* Keeping the Senior Property/Facilities Manager informed on all relevant information regarding tenants and inspections

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A thorough understanding of contract service agreements with contractors and experience managing them effectively

* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong software skills (MS Office etc)

* Proven experience in property and/or facilities management, as well as both internal and external relationship management

* The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, as well as ensure their requests are followed through and actioned in a timely manner
