About the Role
This leadership position will oversee curriculum development, implementation and monitoring in line with strategic vision and school planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop, implement, and review the English curriculum to ensure quality teaching and learning for improved student achievement.
- To contribute to the academic learning culture and implement programs and processes that support quality learning outcomes for all students.
- To professionally support teachers, especially early career teachers, and contribute to positive staff wellbeing.
- To lead whole school literacy initiatives and implement strategies that enhance reading and writing skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need strong organisational and communication skills, expertise in English, and experience leading curriculum development and implementation. You will also have a proven track record of improving student achievement and a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
