English Curriculum Leadership Opportunity">

The Department of Education seeks an experienced and accomplished educator to lead the implementation of the English curriculum for Years 7-12. This role is a key part of the school leadership team, responsible for driving continuous improvement in student performance and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the English curriculum through quality pedagogy and teaching practices;
  • Provide professional support to teachers, particularly early career educators, and contribute to positive staff wellbeing;
  • Oversee QCAA requirements for English and lead whole-school literacy initiatives;
  • Contribute to the academic learning culture and implement programs that support quality learning outcomes for all students.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have a strong track record in educational leadership, with experience in curriculum development and implementation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with staff and students to achieve shared goals.
