About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic healthcare business. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic direction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and transformation
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Collaborate with the senior executive team to identify and capitalize on top-line growth opportunities
  • Implement cost control initiatives and optimize financial processes
  • Present key financial performance insights to the board and executive team
About You

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to embed finance throughout the organization as a true business partner and advisor.

Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable, but not essential. What's essential is your passion for innovation, your ability to drive change, and your commitment to delivering exceptional results.
