Tele-Interviewer Role in Underwriting

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our underwriting team as a Tele-Interviewer. This is a permanent and 12-month fixed-term vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Complete telephone interviews with insurance applicants as required.
  2. Gather and compile member information in line with business guidelines.
  3. Assist Underwriters by gathering medical and non-medical risk assessment information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a medical and/or underwriting profession is essential.
  • Well-developed organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet service standards.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to learn quickly and on-the-job.
