Retail Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leasing professional to excel in securing new tenants, executing leasing deals, and managing renewals across various retail assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field and manage all leasing inquiries to secure new tenants and execute leasing deals
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize rental growth
  • Partner with key stakeholders including leasing agents and internal teams to drive business results
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through active prospecting and market engagement
  • Track tenant performance and contribute to centre planning initiatives to ensure low vacancy and rental growth
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in retail leasing or shopping centre environments
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships with tenants, agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for retail and activation
