Leasing Specialist Role Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Leasing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the property management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with potential tenants and negotiating lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease agreements with tenants to achieve optimal rental income.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants to ensure a positive leasing experience.
  • Track expiries and manage renewals of existing leases.
  • Monitor trends in rental values and advise on strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Property.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Fully conversant in all facets of retail leasing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
