The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of buildability and budget management within tier-two markets, with experience navigating the approvals process with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and resolve buildability issues.
  • Coordinate with team members to overcome design-related challenges and produce reports for senior management.
  • Assist project management teams in securing necessary approvals to commence construction.
