Job Title: Senior Design Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team at Buildability Group. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing relationships with consultants and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process, ensuring quality, completion, and design budget objectives are met.
  • Coordinate design activities, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage design briefs, in accordance with cost plans and construction programs.
  • Monitor and control design costs, ensuring they align with project budgets.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Construction Management Degree or a Degree in Architecture.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Design Manager with a Principal Contractor.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
