Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized PR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the fashion industry.

The PR Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the PR team, including managing client press, VIP and influencer programming, event management and client liaison.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual who is passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure the execution of PR strategy
  • Work independently alongside the PR Manager & Showroom Coordinator
  • Handle editorial requests from press with support of PR Manager
  • Assist with planning and execution of brand initiatives such as events, brand campaigns, editorial shoots, new product launches and gifting initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations, ideally at a fashion agency or brand.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
  • Experience managing editorial requests and sample management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines
  • Leveraging relationships with media, influencers and agents for brand exposure and opportunities
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written – with a strong need to convey statuses clearly and succinctly to internal and external teams
