About the Role

This pivotal position provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Operations NSW & ACT – Premium, Midscale & Economy and Regional Executive Team:

  • Maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including Regional teams, Operational teams, owners, and consultants, owners, and suppliers, by ensuring regular and appropriate communication.
  • Liaise with other EAs to ensure communication, processes, and procedures across the Group are consistent.
  • Prepare communication to send to Properties/Business units.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time.
  • Similar experience as an Executive Assistant, hotel experience an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination.
  • Proficient in Canva, Outlook, and MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
