Education and Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our academic team as a Course Coordinator in Early Childhood Education and Care.
This role combines the delivery of high-quality educational programs with teaching responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for academic delivery, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- A degree in Childcare, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field of study is essential.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40116 or higher is required.
- At least 5 years' experience in ECEC or a related industry is necessary, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Trainer and Assessor.
- Strong understanding of vocational education principles and reporting requirements is mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations is highly valued.
