Microsoft Copilot Pro Training Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to develop comprehensive training programs for a market leader in corporate education and training. As a Training Specialist, you will collaborate with our team to create engaging and effective learning materials tailored to various styles and formats.

  • Create detailed outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides using instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective content delivery.
  • Design interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments that cater to different learning needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, specifically focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro applications in the business context.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.

The ideal candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor and must have their own ABN or ACN.
