Our Front Office & Concierge team is seeking a skilled Guest Services Attendant to promote positive customer relationships and assist with queries related to our car park.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to cash handling procedures and record transactions in the MICROS system.
- Maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends, and reports.
- Complete carpark validation functions, program carpark vouchers, and validate access cards.
- Advise leaders of equipment faults and report customer requests for assistance.
- Check patrons' coats, bags, umbrellas, and other articles for temporary safekeeping.
- Experience in a Hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
