About the role

Build your career with Point Parking by providing a vital service to patients, visitors, and staff as a friendly and informative Carpark Attendant. This role will be offered on a permanent Full-time basis working 38 hours per week 6am - 2pm. The other role we have available is a perm Part Time role working 1 shift weekly on Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm.

What you'll be doing

The successful applicant will support the Car Park Attendant team with Delivering exceptional service to all customers visitors;

  • Monitoring and operating onsite intercom and car park control systems
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all services areas within the hospital.
  • Taking pride and ownership of all tasks that you will be attending to;
  • Ensuring the car park is clean, safe and operates efficiently at all times;
  • Monitoring traffic management within the car park;
  • Reporting incidents and events accurately and being Worksafe aware;
  • Ensuring that car park standard operating procedures and processes are followed at all times and that the company values are always upheld.

About you

You will be a customer service professional with experience in a similar role within a busy environment. You will have an in-depth knowledge and/or mechanical understanding to be able to troubleshoot when required, ensuring the customer experience is a positive and inviting one.
