**Your opportunity**

Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Mt Druitt as a Car Park Attendant. In this hands-on role, you'll proactively maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, performing maintenance tasks, and helping us achieve key car park targets. If you're passionate to delivering an exceptional experience for everyone visiting our Westfield destination, we'd love to hear from you.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with directions, information, and support on the customer service desk and car park.
- Manage traffic flow during peak times for a smooth customer experience.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean, well-lit, high-standard environment.
- Report incidents and hazards promptly, analysing car park data for insights.
- Keep car park equipment, including boom gates and ticketing systems, in good working order.

This role is permanent part-time, working 35hrs per week across Sunday-Thursday.

We are seeking an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers.
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer issues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to quickly address incidents and equipment issues, escalating when necessary.
- Hold a valid full driver's licence.
