Job Title: Executive Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our culinary team. As the art of food preparation and presentation is critical to the customer, as well as to the reputation of our venue, we are looking for individuals who are meticulous and precise in their approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cakes, breads, or other pastries
  • Modify and create recipes
  • Order necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Bake cakes and pastries, and decorate baked goods
  • Measure ingredients and modify recipes
  • Work independently or as part of a team, with good communication skills

Qualifications:

Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $55 – 70k + superannuation
