Casual Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team in a casual capacity with the potential to grow into a part-time role in the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient records, and maintaining the efficiency of our practice.

  • Providing warm and welcoming service to patients
  • Managing patient appointments and records
  • Processing payments and handling customer accounts
  • Maintaining the Best Practice database

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a medical receptionist and be proficient in using Best Practice software. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain patient confidentiality.
