Job Title: Advanced Care Provider

The Advanced Care Provider plays a vital role in patient care, providing high-quality medical and surgical interventions. This includes diagnostic assessments, therapeutic management, and ongoing evaluation to develop appropriate plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to designated patient populations.
  • Performs complete histories and physical examinations to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develops and implements plans of care based on diagnostic findings, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Orders medications and writes prescriptions according to organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing required for this advanced care provider position.
  • Additional requirements include 2 years of licensed nurse practitioner experience and preferred licenses and credentials such as Basic Life Support.
