Strategic Brand Content Specialist
Role OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships.
This is a hybrid position based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly. Please speak with us about potential options.
Key Responsibilities- Curate and activate authentic content for internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
- Utilise analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, support the development of a cohesive brand identity, and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams, Service Line Leaders, and cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, while identifying opportunities to cross-promote content across Brand and Talent teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes across concurrent campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across digital and social platforms.
