Job Summary:

As a Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist based in Sydney, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and business partners across Australia. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance on EWP's and Material Handling products, managing inventory, traveling to client sites, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair EWP equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies as needed
  • Travel regularly to client sites for maintenance and repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance
  • Trade certified qualifications in mechanical or auto-electrical fields (e.g., Rigger, Fitter, or Electrician)
  • Knowledge of EWP equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Australian driver's license and ability to travel frequently
  • Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to safety protocols

Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum + Superannuation, dependent on experience
