Your day-to-day will involve curating seamless customer experiences by embracing high-end approaches to meetings, conferences, and events. You will create perfect coffees and beverages, arrange and plate event catering, and ensure access to refreshments. Take ownership of meeting and events facilities, setting up, packing down, and resetting rooms. Facilitate seamless event experiences, liaising with primary contacts and leading guest requests and enquiries. Build genuine connections and develop understanding of unique requirements for each booking. Provide gold standard service, mastering memorable and impactful experiences.You will welcome guests accessing the business hub, offering refreshments and checking in. Collaborate with the team, assisting with tenant requests, monitoring the welcome desk, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
