Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to create TDM proposals, estimations, and project plans, ensuring that their business needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Publish roadmaps and execute TDM projects successfully, leveraging your expertise in TDM tools and methodologies to drive results.
  • Create, update, and revise test data in test environments as needed to ensure up-to-date test data availability, supporting the development and testing of software applications.
  • Own, support, and provide guidance across all areas for clients requiring test data for testing purposes, ensuring that their testing needs are met and their projects are delivered on time.
  • Review test data requests and manage the creation or extraction of new data in lower environments, ensuring that the data is accurate and relevant to the client's business needs.
  • Provide data and environment support for user training, ensuring that clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the TDM solutions.
  • Oversee test environment requests and manage the creation or extraction of new data in lower environments, ensuring that the data is available and accessible to clients when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in TDM consulting or Architect roles, with a strong background in TDM tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient in consulting, solution design, and delivery of TDM projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in leading market TDM tools such as Broadcom TDM, Informatica, and Delphix, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • In-depth knowledge of TDM functions including Data Masking, Data Provisioning, Subsetting, Profiling, Data Mining, Data Handling, and Data Management, with a strong understanding of how they can be applied to meet business needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling, Data Model Impact Analysis, and Data Transformations, with a strong understanding of how they can be applied to meet business needs.
  • Experience in mentoring teams to prepare data strategies and representing the team in project planning, with a strong understanding of how to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the Banking and Insurance industry domains, with a strong understanding of the business needs and challenges of these industries.
  • Experience in handling testing teams working on Data Warehousing technology (EDW) and Business Intelligence (BI) reports, with a strong understanding of how to effectively manage and support these teams.
  • Diverse experience in Test Management projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to effectively apply these methodologies to meet business needs.
  • Strong background and knowledge in QA/QE and test processes, with a strong understanding of how to effectively apply these processes to meet business needs.
  • Strong database skills with hands-on query writing experience in RDBMS, NoSQL, and Cloud Databases, with a strong understanding of how to effectively apply these skills to meet business needs.
