Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast.

This role involves supervising a team on shift, assisting with training and performance management, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. You will also be responsible for setting daily objectives for the team, supervising service flow and performance standards, and monitoring food and beverage quality.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our venues. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets, ensure an open line of communication through daily briefings, and guarantee a smooth transition between shifts.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Supervisory experience within a similar hospitality environment
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverages
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Proactive attitude and effective communication skills

You will be highly organized, eager to learn, and able to create a fresh, positive environment where safety and service are paramount.
