Community Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes.

This role offers daily variety and autonomy, providing a refreshing change from traditional hospital settings. With your expertise, you will administer medications, provide wound and catheter care, and deliver chronic disease management services to clients across the Shoalhaven and Illawarra areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes, including wound, catheter, stoma, and bowel care.
  • Administer prescribed medications and injections.

Requirements
  • A Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing is essential.
  • You will need at least 2 years of postgraduate experience in general nursing, with a genuine interest in community care and aged populations.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approach are necessary for success in this role.
