Cafe Barista and Disability Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Where is my Coffee, a Social Enterprise Café that supports people with disability to grow their job skills and independence in a real-life work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality coffee drinks and food for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Work collaboratively with the café team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming environment
- Previous experience as a barista and food preparation and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of relevant vaccinations including flu vaccination & COVID
- Victorian Working with Children's Check, NDIS Screening Check and Valid Victorian Driver's License
- A competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, plus super and salary packaging benefits
