Restaurant Operations Manager

Assist the Restaurant General Manager in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment for all team members. This hands-on role involves creating an energetic and motivating workplace where employees can grow and thrive.

This is a key leadership position within our KFC restaurant, requiring strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of engaging and motivating teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality industries, with a focus on team leadership, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of customer service and teamwork
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth, customer engagement, and employee retention
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to establish goals, objectives, and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide coaching to team members
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality industries
