Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies for effective community networks and partnerships between key stakeholders in the local area.
- Ensure communities and children are involved in the design and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs.
- Develop a communication strategy to ensure families in the community are well aware of opportunities created and are engaged with the hub activities.
- Ensure integration of the Community Hub activities with the range of programs and services in the community.
- Facilitate suitable consultative mechanisms and procedures to provide effective coordination and collaboration across local, state and federal government funded services.
We are looking for an active listener with good communication skills who can build strong relationships with individuals and families. You should be creative and innovative, culturally aware and sensitive, resourceful and adaptable, reliable and trustworthy, enthusiastic and positive, self-driven and motivated.
