You will work closely with our commercial manager, technical teams, and key opinion leaders to promote and distribute our full range of animal health solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the agricultural industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets, develop tailored sales strategies for key pig producers, and monitor and optimize distribution channels.
The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in agriculture, business, veterinary science, or animal science, and have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will also have experience working with CRM systems and the ability to manage extensive occupational travel across Australia.
