Seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our finance function in a dynamic residential construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing
  • Oversee expense reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with BAS/GST authorities for lodgement and compliance
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure accurate general ledger management and generate timely financial reports
  • Promote efficient payment processes and asset management
  • Provide HR and operations support as required

This is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm role offering opportunities for career advancement and long-term employment with a talented team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong full-function accounting skills, experience with MYOB and a construction background. Excellent communication and attitude are essential.
