As a Scheme Debt Finance Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and recovering Scheme debt in accordance with legislation and finance law. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the scheme debt register, ensuring accurate records and system cancellations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve debt recovery processes and manage payment arrangements.
  • Prepare invoices and handle payment request cancellations as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures, including process mapping and data analysis.
  • Extract and analyze data from SAP/PSCD and other systems for management reporting.
  • Support queries related to pending payments and bank account issues.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on project initiatives and contribute to the team's success.

Eligibility and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.

Compensation and Benefits:
