
Clinical Nurse Leader in Anaesthetics

As a Clinical Nurse in Anaesthetics, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a dedicated theatre team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You will also drive Quality Improvement Programs aligned with organisational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a clinical resource, demonstrating advanced knowledge across perioperative services.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to support professional growth and excellence in care delivery.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive Quality Improvement Programs.
- Deliver safe, comprehensive, and patient-centred nursing care.
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse is required.
