Stoma Therapy Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stoma Therapy Nurse to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As a Stoma Therapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized nursing services to clients across diverse healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a defined caseload of clients with complex stoma and wound management needs.
- Deliver high-quality nursing services, guided by your additional study and hands-on experience in stoma therapy.
- Maintain practice standards, oversee delegated tasks, and mentor less experienced staff.
- Provide expert care and advanced knowledge in stoma and complex wound management.
- Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Must hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Must have a relevant postgraduate qualification in stoma therapy nursing or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience.
