\t* Provide personal care and support to residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
\t* Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure proper documentation of medication records.
\t* Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
\t* Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
\t* Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
\t* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and support for residents.
\t* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
\t* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
\t* Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
\t* Adhere to Arcare's values and policies, including our commitment to relationships, uniqueness, partnerships, and flexibility.
\t* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
\t* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising RN or healthcare team.

\t* Current AHPRA registration
\t* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
\t* Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn
\t* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork
