Home Lending Product Manager Job Description

As a senior professional in our organization, you will lead a high-performing team that oversees and manages the financial performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction of our Home Lending product portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align product offerings with business objectives and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute relevant product propositions in accordance with customer strategy and value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop product and end-to-end fulfillment strategies and initiatives that position products for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure our Home Lending products are working in accordance with terms and conditions and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct portfolio and market analysis to develop optimal product strategies that support ROE targets and acquire target customers.
  • Contribute to development of our Home Lending product portfolio risk appetite and risk management outcomes.
