Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical systems.
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Use software such as SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
- Proficient in the use of CMMS.
- Experience with SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar industry.
