Mental Health Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the provision of state-wide and area-based mental health prevention, promotion, intervention, and recovery services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver trauma-informed assessment, formulation, and interventions for people with mild to moderate mental health conditions
- Implement programs to support better member mental health and wellbeing outcomes
- Provide psychoeducation and/or mental health and wellbeing content in a group setting
- Proven experience working as an effective team member within a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated skills and experience in implementing programs to support better member mental health and wellbeing outcomes
- Genuine appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based emergency service
- Ongoing employment with a full-time role and 35-hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $113,500 - $123,284 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- Locations available: Albury & Tamworth

- Annual AHPRA registration fee covered by the NSW RFS
- Monthly supervision provided/reimbursed by the NSW RFS
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
