We are expanding our therapy services to support individuals with disabilities. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
