Therapist Role

We are expanding our therapy services to support individuals with disabilities. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  2. Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  3. Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
  5. Mentor and nurture early career clinicians

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
