We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide forward-thinking business advice, including plans and forecasts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing management reports for financial insights
  • Assisting in budgeting and addressing cash flow issues
  • Providing strategies to improve financial performance
  • Guiding clients in business structure selection and registration
  • Supporting new businesses in ensuring compliance

You will also be responsible for managing corporate compliance and legal changes, empowering clients to run their businesses confidently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree and either completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualifications
  • At least 3 years business advisory experience in an Australian accounting firm
  • Demonstrated proficiency in tax compliance tasks
  • Familiarity with Xero and Xero Practice Manager is advantageous
