
Digital Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our customer integration initiatives. As a Customer Integration Solutions Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering customer-first solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data analysis, and quality assurance testing, as well as proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital and customer integration solutions.
- Develop strategic plans prioritizing customer experience and digital innovation.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including data analysis and quality assurance testing.
- Foster collaboration across departments to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
- Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
- Strategic thinking with ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.
