**Centre Lead Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage our new location. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about building relationships, working with children and families, and making a positive impact in their community.

The Centre Manager will create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels safe and supported, and every family feels heard. Key responsibilities include greeting families, building trust with parents, supporting the team, helping new families get started, managing daily operations, and connecting with the wider community.

  • Are organised, dependable, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Have leadership or team management experience
