The Job Overview
This multifaceted position is based in Alexandria and entails collaborating across sales and inventory management to drive growth, brand development, and customer relationship cultivation while managing sales agents across Australia and New Zealand for high-end international brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with retailers to expand distribution in line with global brand direction and positioning.
- Work closely with stockists and the team to ensure adequate and optimal inventory levels.
- Develop strong, long-lasting connections with wholesale customers through exceptional communication and customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
- At least 5 years relevant work experience.
- A successful track record of working in the sales space for high-end international brands.
- Proficient skills in MS Office suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of emotional intelligence – especially in the context of dealing with customers and suppliers.
