Regional ManagerJob Description:

As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of professionals who deliver exceptional service to diverse clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites and staff, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and driving performance of a regionally dispersed team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team in the DES program to ensure high-quality Disability Employment Service delivery across 2 ESAs.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture by fostering open communication, collaboration, and respect among team members.
  • Drive performance by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and recognizing individual and team achievements.
Requirements:
  • Current or previous Employment Services experience, preferably DES.
  • Previous team management experience with a results-focused approach.
  • Local labour market knowledge and well-developed local networks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to use initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current Driver's Licence and ability to travel to dispersed sites.
  • Pass a Federal Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
