About the Role

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team at Visy. This is a full-time permanent role with a rotating roster and overtime available.

The successful candidate will operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of beverage cans.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and dealing with production issues, assisting in machine setup and job changeovers, performing quality inspection checks, and maintaining safe work practices.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Previous operation experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.

Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment is also required.

The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail is crucial, particularly in quality control.

A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn are highly valued.

A forklift licence is a bonus but not essential.
