Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Experience Generalist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This role will support our diverse workforce across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations & Support: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the APAC region. Address queries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Manage various HR administrative processes including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data management, leave administration, and policy implementation for APAC.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts in the APAC region. Assist with job descriptions, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies across APAC.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and ongoing management of performance review processes providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and regulations across Australia and other relevant APAC countries. Research and stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation.
  • HR Project Work: Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes employee engagement and overall HR effectiveness within the APAC region.
  • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global HR teams and local stakeholders to ensure consistent HR practices and alignment with company-wide strategies.
