Job Title: Swim Instructor - Mandurah Aquatic Centre

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at the Mandurah Aquatic Centre. As a key member of our swim school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Learn-to-Swim programs to students of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to students aged 6 months to 4 years and up.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with parents and students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Previous experience in swim teaching or instruction.
  • Sound communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member.
